applied for grant of lease of land measuring
mandatory, taking .into account the
fact that the appellant is extremely poor, landless and labourer
as per the available materials on record, I am satisfied
deed dated 6th August, 1984.
Opposite Party No.5 being a poor, landless and Scheduled Caste
person, applied for grant of lease of land measuring
constructed is within the Bhoodan Land, which was meant for the

17. Even such exceptions are not automatic grounds
with an aim to allot a piece
of land to the poor landless person having no land within the town, but
the CDA in violation
itself lost its
old character and that the plaintiff is a poor and landless person as
well as an ex-army personnel entitled ... lost its old character
and that the appellant - plaintiff is a poor landless person as well as
an ex-army person, entitled

should not be cancelled as he was a poor landless person and maintaining
his family by growing crops over the suit land. The order
ignored on that account to find that judgment-debtor is a landless poor man and is unable to pay the decretal dues. From the facts
