question alongwith the reasons for partition and
copy of the latest jamabandi, if--
(a) on the date of the application the share is
recorded under
capacity of non-occupancy tenant, but he submitted
that as per latest Jamabandi for the year 2018-19, land in question is
recorded

prepared on 1.5.2024, according to which
Jamabandi of the year 1966-67 instead of
the latest Jamabandi of the year 1995-96 pertaining to the land in
question and that
which was more than 20 years old

numbers borne by each of them in the village Jamabandi or
