16. We may add that considerations for
specifying a particular caste or tribe or class for
inclusion in the list of Scheduled
despite the specific declaration by the
Division Bench, persons belonging to the caste 'Saunra' were not being
permitted to transact their properties freely ... caste names of the
Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes mentioned in English and its
