that allowing amendments
said fact of 1st respondent/owner/driver of the vehicle possessed only LLR and he was not accompanied by instructor is not disputed ... respondent/owner. However, it is only contended by him that possessing LLR is sufficient and the same is to be treated as valid license
compensation amount for the
reason that the deceased has only LLR.
8.The learned counsel appearing for the second
respondent/Insurance Company would submit that ... fixed the liability as
50:50 and also deducted 10% towards LLR awarded the
compensation, which needs no interference.
