under the category of Light Motor Vehicle (LMV). The insurer is also
aggrieved of the quantum of the compensation awarded ... whereas he was driving tractor trolley which falls in the category
of LMV.

3. The facts ... been disputed that Toyota Qualis falls
within the definition of LMV.
7. The issue raised is no longer res integra. The Hon'ble Apex
drive transport vehicle of a light motor vehicle classes i.e. LMV,
tractor or road roller, the unladen weight of which does not exceed ... case (Supra),
held that driver holding a driving licence effective for driving LMV
class or driving a tractor needs no separate endorsement on the
driving
light motor vehicle (LMV).
It is not being disputed that as per the registration certificate,
the gross weight of the bus was less than ... hence, it falls within the
class of LMV.
The issue raised by learned counsel for the appellant is no longer
res-integra and is decided
having a driving licence
authorizing him to drive Light Motor Vehicle (LMV), motorcycle etc.
whereas he was driving the goods carrying vehicle, for which ... parties that the offending vehicle
was covered within the definition of LMV as per Section 2(21) of the Act,
