complaint are as follows-
That the complainants had hired
a locker from opposite party no.1, the Indian Overseas Bank at Jaipur
bearing locker ... further stated in the complaint that
since the size of that locker was small, the complainants had
surrendered the abovementioned locker and hired another
against the appellants, asserting that they jointly opened a locker
bearing no.31 with Punjab & Sind Bank at SST Nagar, Patiala ... kept all the valuable belongings i.e. gold ornaments etc. in that locker for
safe custody. The requisite fee was paid. At the time
till the date of realization, to permit the complainant to operate
the locker bearing No.20, to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards ... said fixed deposit was
24.10.2005,. The complainants were also having locker facility with the
appellant bank and the locker Number is 20 It is stated

No. 13291. Incidentally, he booked one Locker with the said Bank on 12.06.2007
having No.55, Cabin ... 8858 in their joint names. He was allotted a
surrendered Locker. He and his wife used to keep their golden ornaments of
about 16.5 Bharis
covered in the policy ought to have
been kept in the bank locker but some of the items were mentioned in the list
of stolen ... that items not covered under the policy were kept
in the bank locker. It was also
contended by the appellant that it was unimaginable that
2010, whereby
the complainant/respondent, has been declared as owner of Locker
No.240A, with appellant/Bank, and appellant/ Bank, has been
directed to permit ... complainant/respondent to operate the locker

and to use it as per his wishes. It has also been directed that the
amount, which
have been
maintaining a Savings Bank Account, some fixed deposits and a locker with the
O.P. Bank since long. The Complainants
have alleged ... construction as
it is in torn condition, the unjustified remission of locker rent for the
unsafe locker, the unsolicited deduction of Rs.17/- towards medical
