contending that the petitioners are not the beneficiaries of
the subject acquisition and the petitioners do not have any
locus standi to challenge the award ... rejected.
22. The Learned counsel for the petitioners
contended that the petitioners have no locus standi to
maintain the writ petitions. He placed reliance
raised the following
points for consideration:
"a) Whether the petitioners have the locus standi to
challenge the allotment made in favour of the respondents ... petitioner Association which comprises
of members who are the owners of sites. He contended that,
the petitioners have the locus standi to challenge the
allotment
