"... the reasons for long pendency of the case after the
filing of charge-sheet are various. First
lakh per month from the date of the
institution and till the pendency of the suit.
7. The appellant/defendant preferred ... mitigate the hardship to the landlord on account

that during the long pendency of the case if there were any likelihood of

6. Accordingly, I feel that in the facts and circumstances
dockets of the High Courts are full and there is a long pendency of murder appeals in the High Court from which this case

other retrial benefits
except pension or postpone payment of
the same during pendency of an enquiry.
