direct the respondents herein to withdraw the lookout circular
issued against him pertaining to the case registered in Crime No.13 of
2019 dated ... 4024 of 2020 for
directing the police to withdraw the lookout circular issued against him.
Since both these cases are interlinked, I had them together
able to understand
what is the purpose of opening and continuing Lookout Circular and
why they are continuing it eternally also not known till ... obtains bail, the
respondent police have no business to continue the Lookout Circular
and this conduct of the respondent police causes lot of prejudice
