Petitioner has sought for in O. A. No. 923 of 2015 (LRTT), she
had earlier moved the same Tribunal vide ... LRTT). The Order passed in that application has been
brought on record at running page 57 of the Writ Petition
showing that
Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal in O. A.
2742 of 2012 (LRTT). By reason of the said Order, the
Tribunal had directed the Block ... direction of the learned Tribunal made in O. A. 2742
of 2012 (LRTT) stood complied with by the Block Land
and Land Reforms Officer.
Thereafter
Tenancy Tribunal to hear out O.A. No. 2889 of 2014
(LRTT) at an early date and preferably within a period of
one month ... pending before the
learned Tribunal being O. A. No. 412 of 2014 (LRTT) will
be deemed to have been disposed of.
It appears that thereafter
similar relief the Petitioner had filed O. A. no.
559 of 2013 (LRTT) which is also pending before the learned
Tribunal. Learned Counsel submits that ... willing to
withdraw the O.A. no.559 of 2013 (LRTT) so that the B.L. &
L.R.O. can be directed
Bengal Land
Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal in O. A. 340 of 2015
(LRTT) along with the Memo dated 22.1.2015 issued by
the Respondent ... challenged the said Notice by filing O. A. 340
of 2015 (LRTT) on 3.2.2015 and also mentioned the
matter for urgent hearing, but the learned
result of which the Petitioner filed O.A. no.
1994 of 2012 (LRTT).
On 05/11/2014, learned Tribunal disposed of the said
Land Reforms and Tenancy
Tribunal vide O. A. no. 3562 of 2013 (LRTT). By reason of an
Order dated 27/2/2014 they were directed
Tenancy Tribunal to hear out O. A. no. 4282 of
2014 (LRTT) earlier than the date fixed i.e. 10/5/2015 and
secondly ... 2015 before disposal of O. A. no. 4282 of 2014 (LRTT),
the right of the Petitioners would have stood prejudiced.
However, upon asking, the learned
LRTT) should appear under the heading
'Motions' on 17/12/2014 gave liberty to the Petitioner to seek
modification of the Order dated ... LRTT). Once such records are transferred to this Court,
we give liberty to the Petitioner to make appropriate mentioning
for listing of that case
LRTT) shall remain stayed.
