cross examination, he says that though it would occur
through scrapping by maggots, it is not correct to state that death had taken

14. Accordingly, the said ... bones of the forehead, eye-
sockets, nose, right-cheek and mandible. Maggots varying in size
from 1 to 1.5 cm present crawling in clusters

muscles and a nick over trachea. Extravasation noted
in soft tissues. Maggots present over the wound.

The maggots are normally formed after an average of
39 hours of the death
