It is stated that the petitioner belongs to SC Maleru Caste
and after obtaining the Caste Certificate from the jurisdictional
Tahsildar applied ... respondent held enquiry and came to
conclusion that the petitioner belongs to Maleru Caste and
issued such validity certificate on 17.08.2015.
