contention of the petitioner is that there
is no distinction between "Maleru" and "Maaleru" and both are one and same
community ... although "Maleru" is listed as Scheduled Tribes of Karnataka". In
the petition, I have nowhere claimed that Maleru and Maaleru
Tribe under the Central list. The dispute whether the caste
of 'Maleru' or 'Maaleru' comes under the Scheduled
cheduled Tribe ... would insist to enquire
whether or not the applicant belongs to 'Maleru' or 'Maaleru'
community, but the same shall be kept
applicant has sought the information regarding the names of employees under "MALERU"
community and to furnish police verification report along with attestation form ... first
page entry in the service book of candidates belonging to Maleru community. The CPIO's
representative stated that the information is of personal
letter dated 07.01.2014, has provided the required information
(copy of report on Maleru Community) to the appellant.
