That the Plaintiff Company Manufacturers and Exporters of
Mango Pulp, in that connection the Defendants have raised
purchase order and requested the Plaintiff ... supply of Totapuri
Mango Pulp in Aseptic in Drum Packing, that the Purchase
Order, the Plaintiff has supplied in Aseptic bag packing Totapuri
Mango Pulp
Ankit Traders whereas accused No.2 was manufacturing
and selling Mango Pulp in the name and style of Murohi Food
Products and accused ... were selling the said Mango Pulp in
bulk, which were manufactured by accused No.2. On 20.11.1991,
when the complainant was on his duty
business of food article
including mango chutney. However, the accused has contended that since
there was no standard of mango chutney at the relevant time ... pulp, apple pulp, carrot pulp, sugar syrup, dry
fruits & spices, contains permitted classII preservatives. It shows that
apart from fruit pulp, vegetable pulp
complainant desired to purchase Cans for packing
of Mango and Guava pulp. The accused nos. 1 to 5 approached the
complainant company as they were
fermentable product which is prepared from juice or
Pulp / Puree or concentrated juice or pulp of sound mature
fruit, by blending with nutritive sweeteners ... there was no standard provided in
the PFA Rules for Pineapple Crush, Mango Crush. The Hon'ble High of
Delhi after considering the facts
