Court is that the Tribe Mannerwarlu was declared as a Scheduled Tribe by
the First Presidential Order ... entry at Sr. No. 27 in the
Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950, Mannerwarlu tribe was
included in the Scheduled Tribes. It is, however, conceded that
Scrutiny Committee rejecting the claim of the petitioner to be belonging to Mannerwarlu Scheduled Tribe.
4. The Scrutiny Committee found that the school records ... left the school and the said change was from Mannerwar to Mannerwarlu as well as the change of surname from Mali to Pottulwar, and therefore
under the Scheduled Tribe category.
