visited the medical shop of accused and carried out inspection.

containing 89 quarter
bottles of illicit liquor with label as Santra Masale Dar Deshi Sharab for sale in
Haryana Only. IO took out two quarter ... court, the said seal is broken and quarter bottles of
Santra Masale Dar for sale in Haryana Only were taken out and shown
found having two patties, one patty was having 24
half bottles of masale daar desi sharaab and another patty found containing 32
quarter bottles ... masale daar desi sharab. The second katta was found containing
one patty in which 12 bottle of masale daar desi sharaab. Patties were given serial
thaila
recovered from accused was having a writing of 'Gaye Chhap
Masale' on it. The same fact is also mentioned in seizure memo ... with the
alleged thaila having Cow mark and writing 'Gaaye Chhap
Masale'. Therefore reasonable doubt is created that whether the
bag produced before
found containing 50 quarter bottles of Branch of
Gulab Masale Dar Desi Sharab in each card boxes. PW 2 deposed that he asked Ct.
Chander ... found containing 50 quarter bottles (Branch of Gulab Masale Dar Desi Sharab). He
deposed that SI Rajiv Kumar asked him to bring one plastic cane
