Surgery (3 seats) for the academic session 2015-16 with all

Course in the speciality Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with
3 seats for the academic session
starting a MDS Course in the speciality of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
at their dental college for the academic session 2013-14. The application ... Gazette notification
dated 21.05.2012 in case of starting of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
attachment with MCI approved recognized medical college within a range
training as
dental surgeon. Complicated Oral surgery procedures
and maxillofacial surgery lies under the domain a M
D S in Maxillofacial and Oral surgery ... petitioner is also
eligible to conduct oral surgery procedure as well as
maxillofacial surgery but the state authority are not
allowing the petitioner to take
this case as already discussed the Petitioner
sustained fracture to oral and maxillofacial region and he underwent
surgery bone level fronto zygomatic region ... noted that the Petitioner sustained fracture to oral and

24. The PW4 being the Maxillofacial Surgeon at
Premier Sanjeevini Hospital, in his evidence has stated
that the petitioner ... facing difficulties, due to the accidental injuries.
The PW4 being the Maxillofacial Surgeon in his evidence
has clearly stated about the complaints and disability
stated that
Opposite Party No.3 is an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon and an eminent
Implantologist. It was further stated that he did his masters ... degree in Oral
& Maxillofacial Surgery in 1998, and also received many awards, which
included the Best clinical paper presentation by the Association of
Oral
informed about his pain and was advised the
intervention of Maxillofacial Surgeon. He had refused to meet the said
surgeon as he wanted to wait ... that for the satisfaction of the Complainant, OP No. 2
had arranged Maxillofacial Surgeon for him but he has stated that he
had learnt that
