on both days of the inspection.

petitioner was informed that cashless treatment facility is not
available for Maxillofacial Surgery. The petitioner's baby was
referred to the Amrita Hospital ... obtain referral to a Government
Institution / RCC, since the Department of Maxillofacial
Surgery of Amrita Hospital is not empanelled with ESI
Corporation. Therefore, there
informed about his pain and was advised the
intervention of Maxillofacial Surgeon. He had refused to meet the said
surgeon as he wanted to wait ... that for the satisfaction of the Complainant, OP No. 2
had arranged Maxillofacial Surgeon for him but he has stated that he
had learnt that
