Mega Power Policy and extended the benefits under
the Mega Power Policy to a thermal power project of
1000 MW or above, irrespective of whether ... thereafter the Mega Power Status
was granted to the Project. The grant of Mega Power
Status under the Mega Power Policy was contingent
upon
project granted mega power project certificate. All
other conditions for grant to the mega power status shall remain
the same.
(vii) Mega Power Projects would ... modified the Mega Power Policy to smoothen the Procedures
further. The modified Mega Power Policy is as follows:
(i) The power projects with the following
Mega
Power Project and was granted Mega Power Project
status on 19/08/2010. TSPL being entitled to the
Mega Power Project status opted ... supplied to both Mega Power
Projects as well as Non Mega Power Projects.
