10. On a plain reading of Order VII Rule
court.
At best this could be stated to be refreshing the memory of the witness. The
prosecutrix has not stated anything different that what
plaint, or
(iii) handed over to a witness merely to refresh his
memory.
(2) The list of documents filed with the plaint shall specify
whether
