be effected. It is further submitted that, Respondent Shikshan Prasarak ... Rule
41 of the Rules of 1981 and submitted that midterm transfers are not

should have
demonstrated that his transfer was midterm transfer and impermissible

However, now they have again passed the same order transferring him from Jind Railway Station to Jakhal ... daughter is studying in 11th class and in the midterm, such transfers are not permissible.
