illegal and cannot be relied ... there is

on compassionate ground.
4. Stand taken by the respondent-Ranchi University is that
wherein it has been held that
dependant of a missing employee cannot be denied compassionate
appointment, the respondents were directed to take a decision ... employee for the purpose
