c) filing of Complaint against ... Cheque

he has not lodged any Complaint against the
Complainant for misusing his Cheque
Lakshman in connection with chit
transaction and said Lakshman misused the cheque and filed
false complaint through complainant etc. But, PW1 has

transaction, he has not returned the said cheque and now he

Both complainant and accused ... further deposed that the complainant has filed false
case by misusing his cheque etc. The learned counsel for
complainant has cross-examined him at length

accused to prove his defence and alleged misuse of cheque.
19. Firstly, the accused has failed to establish that cheque ... also taken against
the complainant herein by concerned police for alleged misuse of
cheque, yet now.
22. After lodging of complaint by the accused, even
lending loan the
cheque in dispute and another cheque and on demand
pronote was taken as security and the same is misused. As
such ... complainant for misusing of the security cheque. If

really, his cheque is misused as contended by him he could
admitted she
has not taken any legal action against complainant for
misusing her cheque. So, on careful anlayzing of defense
evidence it is crystal clear ... silent
without taking any legal action against complainant. If really,
the cheque is misused as contended by her she could have
taken legal action against
