with the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code ("MLRC") and
Maharashtra Realization of Land Revenue Rules ... Rules"). As per Section 192 of the MLRC and Rule 11(2) of the 1967
Rules, any attachment of a property must be followed
provisions of Section 36-A of the
Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (MLRC). The
Tahsildar, on enquiry, held the transfers/ sale of those lands ... have been in contravention of Section 36A of the MLRC and,
therefore, to be invalid, and directed those lands to vest in
the State Government

Revenue Code (MLRC) then, the review petition was required to be
instituted within a period ... That apart, Section 258 of the MLRC specifically confers
powers of substantive review. In this case, since, the impugned
order, does not appear to relate
existence and further in
exercise of the the powers conferred under MLRC directed to open the
road. The learned counsel particularly relies upon para ... have passed
an order invoking provisions under Section 143 of the
MLRC, 1966 and granted new cart road in favour of
respondent no.5. Apparently
land under Section 182 of the Maharashtra Land
Revenue Code, 1966 (the MLRC). It is further prayed that suitable
direction be issued to respondent ... land revenue, the land was
attached under the provisions of the MLRC by the Collector, Pune in July,
1958. The petitioner-protected tenant made
Section 143
of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (for short 'MLRC,
1966'). He would submit that order passed by the
Tahsildar/Mamlatdar ... have passed an order
invoking provisions under Section 143 of the MLRC, 1966 and
granted new cart road in favour of respondent no.5. Apparently
Section 48 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code (for short
the MLRC), 1966. The petitioner contends that he is the owner
of the tractor bearing ... cannot be regulated by the revenue authorities
under the provisions of MLRC. In support of his contentions,
he relied upon the Judgment of this Court

short 'MLRC'). A valuation report was called on
15.02.2022 in respect of the land of the Petitioner ... challenge the order
passed by the Tahsildar under the provisions of MLRC.
It is submitted that the exclusive property of the
Petitioner cannot be attached
