Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (for
short 'MLRC'). A valuation report was called on
15.02.2022 in respect of the land of the Petitioner ... challenge the order
passed by the Tahsildar under the provisions of MLRC.
It is submitted that the exclusive property of the
Petitioner cannot be attached
that Section 2(34) of the
Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 ("MLRC") defnes 'Sub-
Divisional Offcer' as an Assistant or Deputy ... further signifcant to note Section 13(4) of the MLRC
which reads as under:-
"13. Powers and duties of revenue offcer
Maharashtra Land Revenue Code,
1966 (hereafter referred to as "MLRC").
