13. [ Penalty for molestation of debtor. [Section 13 was substituted by section 9, of the Tamil ... Money-Lenders (Amendment) Act, 1979 (Tamil Nadu Act 41 of 1979).]
- Whoever molests or abets the molestation of any debtor for the recovery
Money-lenders Act, whoever contravenes the provisions of section 3 or molests or abets the molestation of any debtor for recovery of any loan shall
suicide, the debtor or any member of his family was subjected to molestation by any person, the person who has advanced loan shall, unless
Penalty for obstructing Collector or his subordinates.
- Any person obstructing or molesting the Collector or any of his subordinate officers in the execution of their
agriculturist to his tenant; (7) A person shall be deemed to "molest" another person, if he - (a) obstructs or uses violence to or intimidates such
licensee maintains false accounts or is found to molest or abet the molestation of any debtor for the recovery of any debt. (2) Before cancelling
against obstruction of council, committees, Mayor etc.
- No person shall obstruct or molest [the council, [any standing committee] [Inserted by section
