possession 63 bulk liters of contraband country ... case is also
pending against him under the MP Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in most
offences punishable under Section 34(2) of MP
Excise Act.
As per prosecution case, it is alleged that 144 bulk liters
country made liquor
Excise Act.
It is alleged that 259 bulk liters of unlicensed liquor
for being transported in vehicle No.MP09-BA-5366 which
was searched
