challenged the order passed under Section 250 of MPLRC,
therefore, he may be heard on the merits of the said order ... relief for quashment
of order passed under Section 250 of MPLRC, he cannot be heard

1982-83 u/s. 169 of M.P. Land Revenue Code
(MPLRC). Thereafter surplus land was sold by three different
sale deeds viz (i) Dhanraj ... rights by virtue of the provisions of u/s. 169
of MPLRC. No possession has been taken from them and no
notice issued by respondent
under section 248 of the MP Land Revenue
Code (for short 'MPLRC').
2. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the aforesaid
notice ... that the aforesaid act is having overriding effect to
the provisions of MPLRC. Therefore, no show-cause-notice could
be issued under section

that in MPLRC, there is no provision for recording possession
of any person other than

(MPLRC), by seeking correction of said in the said wrong entry ... dismissed the petition on the
ground that u/s. 73 of the MPLRC, Tehsildar is not a competent
authority to pass an order, therefore
Land Revenue Code (MPLRC) before the Tehsildar on the
ground that though the entire lands are owned by Her Highness
Mranalinidevi and her name ... application as well as appeal. U/s. 115 and 116 of
the MPLRC, the revenue authorities are having power to correct
the wrong entries
