prolonged
arbitration against the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution
Company Limited ("MSEDCL"). DSL Enterprises obtained an
award against MSEDCL.
5. MSEDCL filed several petitions ... dismissed the Chamber Summons. I also made an award of costs
against MSEDCL.
