that the search and seizure conducted at his residence ... concerning a predicate offence
related to the illegal allotment of sites by MUDA during the
petitioner's tenure as Commissioner of MUDA. Pursuant

for short) as compensation for acquisition of land belonging to the
petitioner ... returned those sites to MUDA and a deed of
cancellation of allotment is executed on the same day. On the said
