Front Wheel Mudguard Damaged vs State" Crl. Rev. Petition on 25 July, 2016
IN THE COURT OF MS. SAUMYA CHAUHAN,
METROPOLITAN MAGISTRATE, WEST ... scooter Ex.PW6/F shows the
following damages:-
1. Front wheel mudguard damaged.
2. Front body frame damaged.
3. Head light damaged.
4. Right

in the LOI. The plaintiff shared the drawings for Mudguard Mill
Quotation & Feasibility in October, 2017 with the defendant and
accordingly ... after successfull
commissioning. The date of providing the first sample of the
Mudguard was 30.03.2018 - 200 samples each; the date of
providing tooled-up samples

Ex. PW4/F Seizure memo of the mudguard of the
offending vehicle
Ex. PX2 Mechanical Inspection report of the
vehicle ... with
the seal of "OM". He also seized the front mudguard of the
scooty bearing no. DL9SAR7294 and put the mudguard into
result of which his motorcycle fell down
and a part of the mudguard of the motorcycle of those boys also fell down
there, which ... which was broken but was attached to the bike,
piece of mudguard of red colour and piece of clutch lever of the motorcycle
Shankar Road, hit said person and by the impact of collision, the mudguard of the
back side of car broke down and fell ... Ujala Colour" (white colour). He further stated that
the mudguard was not present at the spot of occurrence and same was planted
Village Tikri Kalan, Delhi, deceased Virender Singh, who was
sitting on the mudguard of Tractor bearing Registration No. HR13G5407,
driven by Davender ... policy and lastly that deceased Virender Singh was sitting
on the mudguard of the Trolley in violation of the Registration Certificate of
the Tractor
also denied the suggestion that there was dent on front
side mudguard of his motorcycle and also that accused had taken his bus
number DL1PA ... front head light was also broken. He
further stated that front mudguard and rear dicky of the said motorcycle was
pressed and damaged.
During
being
conducted by the Insurance Company that he was sat on the mudguard. It is worth
to mention here that there is distinguishable between mudguard ... bonnet. The
mudguard is the part of the tractor which cover the tyre while bonnet is the part of
tractor which cover engine. The bonnet
respect of the
same. As per the report, the right side front mudguard was dented
and scratched and right side front bumper was scratched ... side and front bumper was damaged. He
further deposed that the front mudguard was moved towards
outer side and the right side focus light
