('MTW') engaged by them, under intimation to CDMO, within
their
workmen
employees - entered into between the workers' union
and the NTPC Management) which permits transfer
and multi-tasking and manpower optimisation for the
purposes
before the Tribunal was that
the petitioners were engaged as part time workers for 2-4 hours and
their engagement was as and when work ... there is a minimum
requirement for filling even the post of Multi Tasking Staff (MTS),
in the Central Government for doing the work
