Medical History:
The above said patient of mine has undergone
multiple IVF procedures using her own Oocytes
(eggs) and husband's sperms which ... undergone 3 laparoscopic surgical
procedures in her uterus. She still had multiple
uterine fibroids encroaching into the uterine
cavity reducing possibilities of pregnancies
implanting
secondary infertility. In 2022
she was diagnosed with diffuse adenoysis with
multiple fibroid for which she underwent total
abdominal hysterectomy with Bilateral
salpingectomy
which states that the appellant is suffering from
Disfunctional Uterine Bleeding (Fibroid Utress Multiple) with

Chronic Cholecyustitis. The said certificate further states that
fibroids. Underwent - Hysteroscopy with
Endocervical Curettage under GA on 18-January-2023.
The procedure was unsuccessful.
4) February-2023, Re visited another Gynaecologist redid ... procedure - Hysteroscopy with Endocervical Curettage
and successful in removing the fibroids.
Intra operative diagnosis: Unicornuate uterus, which is a
genetic disorder. Which is Increased risks
revealed a left lateral wall
uterine fibroid indenting endometrial lining. Advised
medication for 6 months decrease size of fibroid and
advised to try naturally.
Advised ... During the surgery, the fibroid could not be
removed, citing difficult intraoperative localization of
fibroid as the reason hence attempted FET 2020-feb and
result
embryos formed.
• Pt underwent for Hysteroscopy since diagnosed with
subserosal and submucosal fibroid.
• Post hysteroscopy 1 d3 Embryo transfer done and it was
negative ... ultrasound pt got advised for Hystero-
laparoscopic myectomy to remove the fibroids.
• Hence pt advised clearly to consider surrogacy or
adoption.
