The above said patient of mine has undergone
multiple IVF procedures using her own Oocytes
(eggs) and husband's sperms which ... undergone 3 laparoscopic surgical
procedures in her uterus. She still had multiple
uterine fibroids encroaching into the uterine
cavity reducing possibilities of pregnancies
implanting
surgery as she was suffering
from hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with CAD with multiple fibroid uterus. She
underwent a surgery on 28.11.2016. The discharge summery has been
submits that accused-applicant's wife has been diagnosed with multiple fibroids in her Uterus and she has been referred for her hysterectomy removal
after medical
tests Bulky uterus with thickened endometrium with multiple fibroids was
detected and as per the advice
