respondents on the consultation slip that ... report of
Dr. Lal Pathlabs Pvt. Ltd. dated 20.8.2001 and multiple fibroids in uterus of the
appellant were removed measuring .8 to largest
applicant on the
ground that his wife is suffering from multiple fibroid of uterus and
is to be operated for hysterectomy. It is submitted that
treatment was for multiple fibroid uterus and had done a total abdominal hysterectomy in 1986 and also that she had undergone treatment for asthmatic bronchitis ... that the complainant was admitted and treated for asthmatic bronchitis and multiple fibroid uterus etc. We find force in the arguments of the learned Counsel
after giving
various investigations she was diagnosed as having "multiple fibroid
with uterus". She was admitted in Galaxy Hospital at Pune
ground of
sickness of his wife, as she is suffering multiple uterine fibroids.
