learned counsel for the DDA submits that by a reasoned decision
on 07.02.2018, DDA cancelled the said fraudulent mutation and

7. In reply to contents of para 7, it is staed that DDA had
allowed the mutation on the basis
Article 226
of the Constitution of India for direction to Respondent/DDA to mutate plot
No. A-1/1369, Sector 30, Rohini, Delhi ('subject ... advise but despite
fulfilling all legal formalities, till date DDA has not mutated the subject plot
in Petitioner's favour.
