before the concerned officer of DDA with
documentary proof, but he did not attend the office and therefore, DDA
mutated the registration ... property with the other LRS. In view thereof, DDA
withdrew the mutation carried out in the name of defendant no. 2 vide
letter
dated 05.03.1998, written by defendant
no.1 and 6 to the DDA, seeking mutation of the property
under sub lease, in their names ... defendants to attend the office of the defendant
no.5/DDA, regarding mutation of the property in question,

Shanti Devi stated to have moved
application on 31.8.1961 to Chairman, DDA for mutation. It is
stated that landlady Smt. Shanti Devi with ulterior motives ... gifted properties were

mutation of the plot has not been done by the DDA. The plaintiff
