Thereafter, Sarojben Kantilal Jayswal passed away
Dangs-Ahwa. On the
basis of the Will, the agricultural land was mutated in the revenue records
in the name of the petitioner vide Mutation ... Entry No. 288 on 16.02.1998.
The Circle Officer certified the mutation entry.
3.2 It appears that the respondents Nos. 4 to 12 addressed a letter
only heir of Bai Parvati.
