showed that mutation on the basis of the impugned sale
deed had been effected by the revenue authority ... name of the purchaser was entered

plaintiff, sale deed was forged and was liable to be
cancelled
paid any tax nor he got his name mutated in the

6. In regard to the order of mutation passed in favour of the appellant, it
was, however, observed that mutation
