mutation entries and the revenue entries do not decide the
issue of title in respect of the properties affected by the entries.
Notwithstanding the orders ... mutation entries and the revenue entries,
the aggrieved party can always establish his title by
approaching the Civil Court. At the highest, an entry
Will, the agricultural land was mutated in the revenue records
in the name of the petitioner vide Mutation Entry No. 288 on 16.02.1998.
The Circle ... Officer certified the mutation entry.
3.2 It appears that the respondents Nos. 4 to 12 addressed a letter on
02.04.2018 to the District Collector alleging
Upon the
death of Madhubhai Premabhai, on 30.5.1989, by mutation
entry No.595, the name of Chimanbhai Bhukhandas came to be
entered in the village ... deal with the entries made in the record of rights and dispute

objected to the said entry being mutated in the

rights column. On 17th August, 1956 vide mutation entry
No. 2844 the names of Kamlya Patil, Ganpat Patil and
Hari Patil ... protected tenants. However, on 27 th
January 1959, pursuant to mutation entry Nos.3107 and
3108, the names of the protected tenants were unlawfully
deleted
