respondent No.4 came to be mutated in
the revenue record on 8.1.1981 being the Mutation Entry
No.5370. The said entry came ... vide Entry
No.2242 and on the said basis Mutation Entry No.2210 dated
19.7.1996 came to be mutated in the revenue record.

Haribhai Chhotabhai and others have executed sale
deed which is mutated vide mutation entry nos.7081 and 7082. Mutation
entry No.7229 has been made ... Mihir Cooperative Housing Society
Limited. The same has been mutated vide mutation entry no.7357 and
7360 in the village records and the same
father of the plaintiffs namely Mr. Rasulbhai Kajubhai
vide mutation entry no.1838 with respect to suit properties by
furnishing of false information ... voluminous. According to plaintiffs, deceased Rasulbhai Kajubhai died
on 27.6.1960 and mutation entry qua suit property took place on
3.10.1961. Some of the property went
mutated in the record of rights in that regard. After almost 17 years from
the date of the mutation of the entry referred to above ... competent authority has certified on 22/10/1997 the Mutation
Entry No. 1851, dated 28/5/1997, made for removing the name from the
records
basis of the
same, the respondent no.1 got revenue entry mutated in his name
and no notice thereof under Section ... created fabricated document in the name of our father
and got mutation entry entered and this way, the respondents are
attempting to occupy our field
