Register pertaining to the said lands which classified the said lands as
'forest lands'; this mutation entry was solely based
mutation entries and the revenue entries do not decide the
issue of title in respect of the properties affected by the entries.
Notwithstanding the orders ... mutation entries and the revenue entries,
the aggrieved party can always establish his title by
approaching the Civil Court. At the highest, an entry
aforesaid is reflected in the revenue records vide the
following separate mutation entries :
i. Mutation entry No.11415 dated 31.05.2013 in respect of
deletion ... name of the respondent No. 6 - Altaf.
ii. Mutation entry No.11416 dated 31.05.2013 in respect of
