also called report of Tehsildar on the same ... report to this office on 10/08/2005 stating that, the
mutation entry no. 4086 is wrongly recorded in the 7/12 extract
order dated 09/06/1973 passed by the
Tahsildar Kandhar sanctioning mutation entry no.319 may be
confirmed.

6. Issue is as regards the validity of the mutation entry No.319
that was carried out on 09/06/1970 in favour

provisions of records of rights of impugned mutation
entries, has certified Mutation Entry No.8758 dated
04/10/2011. Thus, the collector

record, spot inspection and related paper, it appears that
the mutation entry No.20 is entered in the village record
on 24.08.1953 in respect ... succession of jasmat Premji before
the office of the Mamlatdar, whereby Mutation Entry
No.1054 was entered on 12.2.2008, against which, the
opponents here raised
Tahsildar Kandhar and ventilated the grievances about the
validity of the mutation entry of the petitioner in the cultivation column of
the 7 x12 extract ... allowed the application of the respondent
No.6 and revoked the mutation entry of the petitioner being occupant of the
suit land. The petitioner approached
rights on the
land in question. It appears on considering the mutation
entry no.1414 dated 08/05/1961 that as the occupant ... after the death of Jivan Morar on
09/07/1996, against mutation entry no.5219 of heirship
dated 11/03/1999 which was even certified
both dtd. 26061993 respectively. The mutation
entries of the same have been registered in the Office of City Survey
vide Mutation Entry ... which the
Deputy Collector, Dahod has ordered to certify both the mutation
entries on the basis of registered sale deed vide Order No. RTS/Appeal
plaintiffs.
7. Serious grievance is voiced by the petitioners that after
mutation entries were effected by the revenue authorities, the
plaintiffs had preferred RTS Revision ... Code before the S.D.O. challenging the mutation entries on
the basis of the sale deeds. The said RTS revision was rejected. The

920 was registered on 25/06/1979 entering the names ... respectively. Both of these mutation entires were also certified
