Decision:
The Appeal is allowed.
The PIO is directed to provide a copy of the reversal of the mutation order
when a mutation was made in the name Subh Ram
iii) A copy of the said mutation order to be provided.
The PIO replied ... once again and if any information related to any mutation is available including the mutation order,
to provide the same to the Appellant
with the PIO, Department of Revenue, GNCTD seeking
certified copies of mutation order along with patwari report forms with reference to certain file ... that is still required by him which included certified copies of
mutation orders along with patwari reports in respect
