mismanagement, the Waqf Board ... year 2022, the Management was reconstituted and appointed the
petitioner as Muttawalli along with the five others. Challenging the said
appointment, one Anwar Basha filed
private complaint, according to respondent no. 2, the
petitioner is the Muttawalli of Dargah Hazarath Miskin Shah Sahib,
Masjid-e-Almas, situated at Adilabad, Hyderabad ... name by the
