18. A brief perusal of the Consent Form does

superior subluxation of the lens for which she has been operated

certificate to the petitioner. The petitioner is diagnosed with High Myopia
with Amblyopia Be.

that the petitioner herein had a 90% ophthalmic disability due to

required operation. However it is not a sufficient ground to suspend
Delhi holding the petitioner to be medically unfit for distant
vision-Myopia.
It is not in dispute that the visual standards for seeking
