discharge summary the insured is admitted for
treatment of High Myopia with Astigmatism (Refractive error). The
treatment of refractive error is actually considered as correction ... discharge summary of the
patient, he was diagnosed with High Myopia with Astigmatism,
which is an eye sight problem and not a disease. He further
that he has been found medically unfit due to ''myopia'' 6/24B.E., if
you are not satisfied with the medical ... investigation. In Review Medical Board also, he was found unfit due to myopia
of 6/24B.E and declared unfit. Hence, vide order dated
notice stating that he has been found medically unfit due to 'Myopia'.
The respondent was called to appear on 30.09.2019 at the Composite ... medical investigation and
