"The FIR was lodged before Nandigram Police Station by
one Jahanara Khatun, the wife of the deceased Sk.
Kurban ... home of his daughter Mamoni Khatun at
village Sarberia under P.S. Nandigram on a bicycle.
Their daughter Mamoni Khatun was also with the
deceased
prosecution is as follows:
"The FIR was lodged before Nandigram Police Station by
one Jahanara Khatun, the wife of the deceased Sk.
Kurban ... home of his daughter Mamoni Khatun at
village Sarberia under P.S. Nandigram on a bicycle.
Their daughter Mamoni Khatun was also with the

brought her back with her mother. They were taken to
Nandigram hospital for medical treatment. The de-facto
complainant also informed the incident ... hours. On the basis of such written complaint,
Nandigram Police Station Case No. 388/2015 dated
September 23, 2015 under section 498A
applications in connection with aforesaid four C.R.M
arising out of Nandigram Police Station Case (FIR) No. 224/2021
dated 13.05.2021 under Section ... sudden attack
by unknown miscreants. The injured Debabrata Maity was taken to
Nandigram Hospital wherefrom he was referred to Tamluk Sadar
Hospital and lastly
under Section 439 of the
Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Nandigram
Police Station Case No. 122 of 2021 dated 27.03.2021 under
Sections ... with further conditions
that the petitioner shall not enter the Jurisdiction of Nandigram
Police Station until further order and shall also intimate the
address where

of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with
Nandigram Police Station Case No. 41 of 2020 dated
10.02.2020 under Sections ... such order the word
"Tamluk" Police Station should be "Nandigram" Police
Station.
