respect of the area admeasuring 6261.16 sq.mtr from survey No.750
(part) of village Nasik to one Shri Chiraguddin Mohammedsaheb Khatib ... above had taken place that the Additional Collector and
Competent Authority, ULC Nasik sent a notice to the erstwhile land
owners dated 4th February
challenged in an Appeal before the Collector at Nasik and it was registered as ULC (Appeal) No. 26 of 1988.
4. In the meanwhile
ULC Act , the certificate
of the Additional Collector and competent Authority under the ULC
Act in case the land fell outside the Nasik Urban Agglomeration
plot namely;
i) The appellant obtained a plan of property
approved by Nasik Municipal Corpn. Vide its order

(b) The NA order was obtained from the Collector,
