6. The NCDRC, having adverted to the rival contentions
outset, we note that the National Consumer Disputes
Redressal Commission (For short `NCDRC’) at the first instance
while disposing of the appeals filed by both ... learned counsel for the appellant
herein, who appeared before the NCDRC and had indicated that out
of the amount of Rs. 6,50,000/- which
passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission,
New Delhi (for short `NCDRC’).
The Respondent No.1 herein was before the NCDRC seeking
repayment ... claim that was put forth before the NCDRC is that the
